TERMS OF SERVICE

KINDLY READ

General

• Commissions will be accepted based on the request and the artist's preference.
• I will send a Preview/Work in Progress/Sketches to the client for approval before I can move on with the artwork unless specified otherwise.
• 1 major and/or 2 minor revisions can be requested in the Preview/Work in Progress/Sketch phase. Any subsequent changes will be only minor corrections.

• Artworks are non-commercial, and for personal use only. For more info on commercial use, kindly see the pricelist.

• NSFW art is accepted based on the nature of the request.

Payment || Refund

• Payment accepted only in USD via Paypal invoice/Transferwise.
• Process starts after I received full payment.
• The client gets a full refund if I reject the commission at any point after the payment was made.
• In case of cancellation by the client's commission, while I am in the Preview/Work in Progress/Sketch phase, they will get a 50% refund. After that, there will be no refund.

• Unless agreed upon, the artist will always have the right to use the artwork for self-promotional purposes (Portfolio, showing on stream, posting on social media as sample works).
• Client cannot claim my commissions as artwork made by themselves.
• Client must always credit the artist when posting my artwork online unless they paid for commercial use.
